Training and Education
BACI Advisors provides practical training and education for organizations and professionals involved in planning, designing, building, and managing construction projects. Each program is tailored to the needs of the organization, the project, and the people involved.
We work with owners, developers, colleges, universities, school districts, retail and small business owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members. Our experience spans educational, commercial, retail, biotech and life sciences, and other types of projects.
Training can cover every phase of a construction project, from site selection and due diligence through planning, concept development, design, engineering, permitting, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
BACI Advisors helps project teams understand how to work effectively with one another. Sessions can address how owners use an owner’s representative effectively, how contractors and design professionals work with an owner’s representative, and how project team members communicate, follow contracts, and understand their roles and responsibilities.
Our workshops draw on BACI’s project experience and practical scenarios. They focus on managing construction teams, using consistent project procedures and expectations, improving communication and efficiency, reducing risk, managing schedules, making timely decisions, and addressing cost control and change management.
